TOM SICILIANO is president and
founder of Integrity Recruiting & Consulting Inc.,
a national recruitment and consulting firm. His company
specializes in working with companies to strengthen the
quality of their sales and management teams.
Prior to starting Integrity
Recruiting & Consulting Inc., Tom served in senior
sales leadership positions at two highly respected Fortune
500 companies, Aramark and Corporate Express,
winning
numerous prestigious awards for his leadership and results.
He is also a principal with the Cimmaron Group, a consulting
company focused on leadership development. Tom is a strategist
who has been recognized for his ability to develop people,
build teams, and help companies achieve their goals.
Tom speaks regularly to organizations across the country.
This includes addressing corporate conventions on recruiting
and retention, as well as helping corporations with their
vision and sales results. He also speaks to career centers,
helping thousands of people with his interactive lectures.
Tom is a Columbus University graduate with a degree in business
administration.
Tom, his wife, Suzi, and their children, Luke and Leila,
live near Chicago.
JEFF CALIGUIRE, a financial consultant
with Smith Barney in Chicago, works with individuals, businesses,
and nonprofit organizations seeking to purposefully unite
their passion, mission, and vision with a comprehensive
financial strategy. Along with his private wealth-management
team, Jeff helps families and foundations create a blueprint
for their future funding that begins with clearly definingand
understanding their unique calling and goals—the higher
gear.
For more than a decade, Jeff worked
in the nonprofit world. He founded Operation Beacon Street
Inc. and served as its president, as well as serving as
seniorpastor of Beacon Community Church in the Boston area.
Jeff also cofounded the Boston Sports Fellowship and cohosted
Leadership Refineries team for business leaders with author
Ralph Mattson. Jeff ’s other books include Leadership
Secrets of Saint Paul (Honor Books, 2003) and Write for
Your Soul: The Whys and Hows of Journaling (Soul Care Communications,
2000), which he cowrote with his wife, Mindy. Jeff facilitates
forums and speaks to entrepreneurs and others wanting to
get into higher gear in their career, their finances, or
their overall life purpose.
Jeff is a graduate of Cornell
University with a major in government and also holds a master’s
of theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He and
Mindy have three sons, Jeffrey, Jonathan, and Joshua (the
J-Team).
